For drilled aquariums. Aqua-Link ADP is the ONLY Brand to include easily accessible tray style, flow through, “Mechanical Pre-Filtration Pad”. Removes debris “PRIOR” to entering wet/dry filter or refugium sump. Strategically positioned to prevent bulkhead blockage.
Four sided construction allows smaller unit with higher flow rate.

Pre-Filter Sizes
2110-Long
This is the largest Pre-Filter Overflow Box Model. Its long design is specifically modeled to provide enhanced Aeration that is needed for biological filtration.
2110-Short
The mid size level of Pre-Filter. This model is not quite as long as the 2110-L, but can still function as a great mechanical filter.
2109-Micro
2109-Micro
Smallest of our three Pre-Filter Assemblies. This Pre-Filter is perfect for smaller aquariums

Regular Surface Skimmer Box
The Regular Surface Skimmer Box is designed to fit the Long and Short 2110 Pre-Filter Assemblies.
Micro Surface Skimmer Box
The Micro Surface Skimmer Box is designed for the Micro Pre-Filter Assembly (2109)
U-Tube Siphon
The U-Tube Siphon transfers the water from the skimmer box into the Pre-filter assembly.
Mechanical Pre-Filter Pads
Aqua-Link ADP Foam is custom processed, chemical free for safe aquarium use.
Drain Hose
Flexible Drain Hose drains the water from the Pre-Filter Assembly into the Wet Dry Biological Filter
Nylon Fasteners
Nylon Fasteners are the nuts and bolts that hold the Pre-Filter Assemblies Together
Activated Carbon Packets
Using activated carbon will remove Tannins to clear up the water and Phenols that will diminish fish odor.
These packets are to be placed inline on the particulate tray under the foam filter pad in the outside pre-filter box.
Micron Filter Sock
The micron filter sock serves as a stage three mechanical filtration device for ultra-fine particulates. It is installed just after the mechanical filter pad in Pre-Filter Assemblies.
